The ‘Mountain Water Process Decaffeination’ is a natural process where clear water from the glaciers of Pico Orizaba in Mexico is used to extract and remove the caffeine.
The coffee is soaked and washed in clean water several times and then the water is passed through a caffeine filter to remove the caffeine before being re-circulated to the coffee. This is a natural process and leaves a full flavoured coffee without any chemical residue.
