Ethiopian Yirga Cheffe coffee is characterized by its bright acidity and the clean and complex floral notes in its aroma. At times, the aroma might even have a hint of coconut. Some Ethiopian Yirga Cheffe coffee types exhibit notes of citrus & tangerine.
