Yirgacheffe coffee is a washed, wet-processed coffee produced in & around a small town in southern Ethiopia, called Yirgacheffe. The coffee is farmed at elevations inbetween 1,700 and 2200 meters ASL. Such elevations allow Yirgacheffe coffee to be classified as Strictly Hard Bean (SHB).
