Ethiopian Yirga Cheffe coffee is characterized by its light acidity and the clean & complex floral notes in its aroma. At times, the aroma might even have a hint of coconut. Some Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee varieties show notes of citrus and tangerine.

Yirga Cheffe coffee is thought to be the best coffee farmed in the southern part of Ethiopia and also holds its own against other coffee types from other regions.
