Ethiopian Yirga Cheffe coffee is characterized by its light acidity & the clean & complex floral notes in its aroma. At times, the aroma might even show a hint of coconut. Some Ethiopian Yirga Cheffe coffee types exhibit notes of citrus & tangerine.

Yirga Cheffe coffee is considered to be the best coffee cultivated in the south areas of Ethiopia & also holds its own against other coffee varieties from other areas.
