Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee is characterized by its light acidity and the clean and complex floral notes in its aroma. At times, the aroma may even have a hint of coconut. Some Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee types display notes of citrus & tangerine.

Yirgacheffe coffee is considered to be the best coffee produced in the south areas of Ethiopia and also holds its own alongside other coffee types from other locations.

Single-origin coffee is coffee that is grown from a little & specific location in the world. Many coffee lovers do insist that a single origin coffee is, in fact, superior to other types of coffee because it is purer & more consistent in taste. This exclusivity makes single-source coffee more desirable.
