Depending on the sub-variety & degree of roasting, high quality Colombian Arabica coffee has 30-50 mg per each espresso serving and up to 200 mg in an 235ml (~8-ounce) cup.

- The hulling proceedure
Colombian coffee beans are dried under the sun for a few days or until the water amount gets to around 10 percent. This aids in the bean’s drying and prepares it for hulling.
