Depending on the sub-variety and degree of roasting, top quality Colombian Arabica coffee has 30-50 milligrams per each espresso serving and up to 200 mg in an 235ml (~8-ounce) cup.

- The hulling proceedure
Colombian coffee beans are dried under the sun over a few days or until the moisture amount reaches about ten percent. This helps in the bean’s drying & prepares it for hulling.
